The Mid-South IEC was very fortunate to have Mr. Bill Crawford from the National IEC Foundation, Board of Trustees, and a Co-Founder of the foundation, as the Guest Speaker at the Chapter’s Monthly Membership Meeting in Memphis TN on February 27, 2008.  He enlightened over 50 of the chapters’ members on the purpose of the IEC Foundation and their newly developed Endowment Fund.   The education of future electricians and technicians is the number one priority of the IEC Foundation. The goal of the IEC Endowment Fund is to have $1,000,000 in the bank drawing interest.   The IEC Foundation will use the money from the interest to fund grants for the IEC Chapters nation wide to continue educating our future electricians and technicians with the latest technology.
